Warm study spaces

The Information Commons (IC) and The Diamond are open 24/7 with a variety of rooms for groups and individuals. Our spaces are heated throughout winter if you need a comfortable place to study.

The Garden Room is a space for student wellbeing and relaxation; it is situated on the Ground floor of the Information Commons. The Garden Room offers students a comfortable, relaxing break from their studies and also serves to encourage students to take regular study breaks.

Borrow a laptop or PC

You can borrow a laptop in the Diamond or Information Commons (IC) for free. Find out how to pick one up and what you can do with your loaned laptop. University Desktop PCs are also available for use in one of our open access rooms on campus.

Charge your devices for free

Device charging stations can be found in the Information Commons and Western Bank Library.
