ICEHL-22 will take place in-person at University of º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½, Monday 3 July - Thursday 6 July 2023. This will mark a return to º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½, which first hosted the conference's third installment in 1983. All sessions and plenaries, including coffees and lunches, will take place in the same location, at the multi-theatre, centrally-located Diamond building.

The call for papers to be considered for presentation at ICEHL-22 º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ has been extended to 19 February 2023. All submissions must be made via .

You can submit a paper for the general programme, or a paper to be part of one of the four accepted panels/workshops that will form part of the ICEHL-22 º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ programme. You do not need to have been in touch with the panel organisers previously to submit to their panels. A description of the panels can be found under the Workshop and panel descriptions tab above.

If you do wish for your paper to be considered for one of these themes, please specify in the Abstract Classification field and also state so explicitly at the top of your abstract submission. Papers not accepted for a specific panel will subsequently be considered for the general programme.

All abstracts should be no longer than 400 words (excluding references).

Academic publishers interested in presenting at the conference should contact a member of the team. There is no set fee for publishers; however, the bracket of contribution we are asking from all publishers is £400-£500.
