Profile

I am the Professional Learning Officer for the SCHARR short course programme and bespoke training and I am a member of the Knowledge Exchange (KE) team. I am responsible for the administrative tasks in designing and delivering courses.

Previously I worked in Health Economics and Decision Science (HEDS) and was a member of the Information Resources Group based in ScHARR Library.

I graduated in 1992 from º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ City Polytechnic with a degree in History of Art, Design and Film. In 1994, after working briefly for the Norwich Union, I started a six-year stint at º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ Hallam University as an Information Assistant at Collegiate Learning Centre. In June 1999 I moved to Bristol and worked as a librarian for HTV, supporting journalists on the local news and other programmes. I moved back to º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ in January 2001 to start my job as Information Officer at SCHARR Library, where I worked until July 2023.
