Open research community
Although the uptake of open research practices is increasing, the skills required to make research more open will be new to many researchers, regardless of career stage. To facilitate and support this, the University has several community groups for researchers to get involved with.
Open Scholarship Community º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ (OSCS)
The is a new initiative launched in September 2023. The vision of OSCS is to be an inclusive, supportive, and active community for researchers at the University of º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ and º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ Hallam University to interact, share knowledge, and encourage good working practices such that the values, transparency and culture of Open Research become the norm.

ReproducibiliTea
ReproducibiliTea is an journal club initiative aiming to build a community of people interested in open research. Topics vary from session to session, no specialist knowledge is required and all staff and students are welcome.

Monthly open research drop-ins
