Jess is currently a first-year PhD student in the School of Education, at the University of º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½. Her exploratory research will be examining different perspectives of School Readiness and levels of development in Early Years Education. Jess’ research will take a critical approach, considering inclusivity in Early Years Education, with a particular focus on the variety of children’s needs when they start school for the first time. This research will adopt a mixed methodological approach, as well as participatory methods, which will ensure that those taking part will be involved throughout the whole of the research process.
