What are your main responsibilities?
I manage the in-house evaluation team and lead a programme of work to evaluate and evidence the organisation's impact.

How has your degree from the School of English and your time at the University of º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ helped you in your career?
My SURE (º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ Undergraduate Research Experience) research assistant position and the research I conducted for my UG dissertation were my first intros to research, which I now have a career in outside of academia; I was chair of the welfare committee and still take on voluntary roles like this which have given me valuable leadership skills (e.g., I currently run a professional social research network for people of colour)
What is your greatest achievement to date?
My PhD!
